Susan O. Koozin and Melodie Smith return as Louise and Patsy!

Road Show
Houston audiences will be among the first in the world to experience Stephen Sondheim's latest musical masterpiece. Stages is proud to present the first regional theatre production of Road Show, a new musical based on the true story of brothers Addison and Wilson Mizner, whose unchecked pioneer spirit fueled their epic adventure across America in the early 20th century. Whether bamboozling miners during the Alaska Gold Rush or fleecing wealthy land barons in Boca Raton, the Mizner brothers were their era’s proof positive that the road to the American Dream can be a seductive, treacherous tightrope walk.
Directed by Kenn McLaughlin
Featuring Cameron Bautsch, Bridget Bierne, Hunter Frederick, Tom Frey, Michael McClure, Jay Meyer, Sarah Myers, Amanda Parker, Amanda Passanante, Jimmy Phillips, Tom Prior, Susan Shofner & Brandon Whitley
"...an intimate epic that, while giving enormous pleasure, aspires to be nothing less than a state-of-the-nation musical."
- The Guardian
"An alluring odyssey...nobody who cares about musical theater should miss it."
- Variety
"The rich, varied and tuneful score is as audacious and complex as any Sondheim has ever written."
- The Stage
